The St. Luke's Library offers self-checkout of credentialed class books 24 hours a day at locations across the system.
Libraries
Both library locations are available 24-hours a day to all St. Luke's staff and providers with badge access.
St. Luke's Library, Boise
Our staffed hours are temporarily reduced to:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
The Boise Library is on the 5th Floor of the South Tower in the Anderson Center.
To check-out a book outside of our staffed hours, we have a Self-Checkout Sheet hanging on the bookshelf directly in front of you as you enter the Library.
Non-employee visitors can access the library on a limited basis and by appointment only.

St. Luke's Library, Magic Valley
Library Staff are on-site during the following times:
- Mondays: 11:00am - 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 11:00am - 4:30pm
- Wednesdays: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Thursdays: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Fridays: 8:00am - 4:30pm
The Magic Valley library is on the lower level of the hospital in the hallway just east of the Information Desk.
Non-employee visitors can access the library on a limited basis and by appointment only.
